HARDEN TECHNOLOGIES in cooperation with South China University of Technology, introduces a innovative extruder - Super Shear Plasticizing Extruder (SSPE). This remarkable machine is an application of the patented technology “Method and Equipment for Polymer Plasticizing and Conveying Based on Elongation Rheology” (China Patent Number 200810026054, International Application Number PCT/CN2008/000643) in the field of plastics extrusion processing.

The plasticizing system of this extruder consists of several vane-units for conveying and plasticizing that are superposed together. Since the elongation or extension deformations is much more effective than the shear deformations for plasticizing and conveying, the super shear plasticizing extrusion processing can be achieved.
